The professional background and experience of Mr. Peggs spans over four decades. He has practiced in a number of professional firm settings and positions.     Engaged in the general practice of law to include medically related fields, personal injury, professional liability, business and commercial litigation, office practice, and other areas.
  • 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office
    Assistant District Attorney and Chief of the Appellate section, prosecution of felony cases including homicides and other serious crimes, writing and drafting appeals, and related practice before the Kansas Supreme Court and Kansas Court of Appeals and supervisory responsibilities for entire Appellate Section of the District Attorney’s Office.
  • Special Assistant Attorney General of the State of Kansas
    While employed with Smith, Shay, Farmer & Wetta, assigned to investigation and legal assistance involving alleged anti-trust violations by several major oil companies.
